You can change the product to a different size or color within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

 

Shipping cost is not refundable. If the order has a factory defect or you received not what you ordered, we will refund you 100% of the funds you spent.

Replaced goods must not be worn, washed, not soiled, labels, tags and tags are kept.

Attach a copy of the proof of purchase to the product.

Having sent the replaced product, on the same day inform us about it by e-mail office@vip-a.eu.

We will send you a new product within 1 business day after receiving the replaced product.

 

Important! Replacement of goods for buyers from countries outside the EU is not provided. If there is a manufacturing defect in the order, we will accept a refund and refund 100% of the funds you spent.

You can return the product within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
